Flat-Rate repairs
The “Flat Rate” repair service includes 100% parts and labor for a pre-set rate with a 3-10 day turn around time. Simply send damaged units to us or the repair facility along with the “Equipment Repair Log” (provided). The manufacturer-certified technicians will repair the equipment and send it to the Quality Control Department where it must pass a series of tests before being sent back to you. Repaired equipment will then be delivered to you using customized foam shipping containers that virtually eliminate “out of box” failures. The Service Cost will be determined based on product model and quantity.
- Our Depot Repair program is intended to provide a readily available fix for your broken equipment. Repairs are performed via "Flat-Rate" service based on the model and brand of equipment in need of repair.

Time and Materials Repairs
Paying for the time and parts needed is often the best option for those who have low volume and fast/easy to repair problems. Our “Time and Materials” service contract is based on an hourly rate with no minimum charge plus the cost of parts and shipping. Send damaged units to the the repair facility along with the provided “Equipment Repair Log” and the manufacturer-certified technicians will repair the equipment and send it to Quality Control to pass a series of tests before being returned to you. This takes approximately 3-10 business days. Upon request, we will contact you before repairing to discuss options regarding cost of parts and labor. All repaired equipment is sent returned via airfreight using customized foam shipping containers that virtually eliminate “out of box” failures.
Depot Maintenance Contracts
Ideally suited to cover "heavily used" equipment
At one low price, the “Monthly Maintenance” service contract covers 100% parts and labor including customized shipping containers with a 3-10 day turn around time. The manufacturer-certified technicians will repair the unit(s) and then send it to the Quality Control Department to be tested. Each unit will then be shipped back using customized foam shipping containers virtually eliminating any “out of box” failures. The service cost is based on quantity and product model.
